What is the return policy?
Bond and Beat Prenatal – Return & Refund Policy
At Bond and Beat Prenatal, we are dedicated to providing the comfort and support you deserve during your pregnancy. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to ensure a seamless experience for our mothers.
1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within this timeframe.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To maintain strict health and hygiene standards, items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal nature of our products, pregnancy pillows can only be returned if the original vacuum seal or plastic packaging has not been opened. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return for "change of mind" reasons.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged, please attach a clear photo of the defect.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with local return instructions.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The credit will be applied to your original payment method or settled via mobile money (EcoCash/Innbucks) within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Since shipping is included in our purchase price, the original shipping cost is non-refundable in the event of a "change of mind" return. Customers are responsible for the costs of returning items to our local collection point.
6. Order Cancellations
Because we coordinate our logistics from our warehouse to Zimbabwe as quickly as possible, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

When will I get my order?

1. In-Stock Items (Immediate Availability)
If your selected item is currently in stock at our Harare office:
- Collection: You may collect your order immediately upon purchase from our designated point in the Harare CBD.
- CBD Delivery: We offer delivery within the Harare CBD at no additional cost.
- Greater Harare Delivery: For deliveries within a 10km radius of the CBD, a flat-rate delivery fee of $5 will apply.
2. Out-of-Stock & Global Warehouse Items
If an item is not currently in our local inventory, it will be dispatched directly from our international warehouse in China.
- Delivery Timeline: Please allow a maximum of 2–3 weeks for your product to arrive in Zimbabwe.
- Doorstep Delivery: Once the shipment arrives, we provide direct doorstep delivery for all customers residing within Harare at no extra charge.
3. Customers Outside Harare
For our mothers residing outside of Harare, we utilize reliable local courier partners to ensure your package reaches you safely.
- Logistics & Fees: Delivery arrangements and costs for locations outside Harare will be calculated based on your specific province and city.
- Our team will contact you directly to coordinate the most efficient and secure shipping method for your residency.
