TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Bond and Beat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our prenatal products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Bond and Beat products are for informational and bonding purposes only.

Not a Medical Device: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or pregnancy complication.
Professional Consultation: These products should never replace regular prenatal care by a qualified healthcare professional. If you have concerns about your pregnancy or feel a change in fetal movement, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
User Responsibility: Results obtained from home-use monitors are for personal interest only and should not be used to make medical decisions.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

To provide high-quality equipment, we utilize a global supply chain involving our warehouse in China and our distribution hub in Zimbabwe.

In-Stock Items: For products currently held in our local inventory, delivery is instant (subject to local dispatch times).
Out-of-Stock/Pre-Orders: If an item is out of stock, it will be ordered through our verified international suppliers. The estimated delivery timeframe for these orders is typically 2 to 3 weeks.
Logistics: While we strive to meet these windows, Bond and Beat is not liable for delays caused by international freight, customs clearance, or local courier disruptions.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Hygiene Standards: Due to the personal and sanitary nature of prenatal equipment, we cannot accept returns on items where the original packaging has been opened or the seal broken, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Defective Items: If your product is non-functional upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bond and Beat, our directors, and our employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the misuse of our products or reliance on the information provided by the devices.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
