REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Bond and Beat, we stand behind the quality of our prenatal wellness products. Because we serve expectant mothers, we maintain strict health, hygiene, and safety standards. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return period from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to the personal and sanitary nature of prenatal equipment (such as fetal dopplers, heart rate monitors, and gel), we cannot accept returns on:

Items where the vacuum seal or box has been opened.
Items that have been used or have come into contact with skin/ultrasound gel.
We only accept returns on these items if they are proven to have a manufacturing defect upon arrival.

3. Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at bondandbeatprenatal@gmail.com.

For defective electronics, we will conduct a technical assessment at our Harare office.
If the defect is verified as a factory fault, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

4. Logistics & Shipping Costs for Returns

In-Stock Local Purchases: If you are returning an item that was in stock at our Harare hub, you may bring it directly to our office at Vanguard House.
Out-of-Stock / International Orders: For items shipped via our China-to-Zimbabwe route, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing error.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Order Cancellations

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled before they leave our office for delivery.
Out-of-Stock Items: Because we immediately begin the international procurement and shipping process from China once an order is placed, cancellations for out-of-stock items may incur a 15% restocking fee to cover international logistics costs.
