SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Bond and Beat, we are committed to delivering your prenatal wellness products as safely and efficiently as possible. Because we source premium components globally, our shipping timelines vary based on current local stock levels.

1. Delivery Timelines

We categorize our delivery based on item availability at our Harare hub:

  • In-Stock Items: If the product is currently in our local inventory, delivery is Instant/Same-Day. Depending on your location and the time of order, you can expect your product within 24 hours.

  • Out-of-Stock / Special Orders: If an item is marked as out of stock, we handle the entire international procurement process for you. These items are shipped from our verified suppliers to our warehouse in China, then forwarded to Zimbabwe. The estimated arrival time for these orders is 2 to 3 weeks.

2. Order Handling & Logistics

For all out-of-stock items, Bond and Beat handles the logistics end-to-end. This includes:

  • Coordination with international suppliers.

  • Consolidation at our China warehouse.

  • International freight and customs clearance into Zimbabwe.

  • Final quality check before local dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address within Zimbabwe. We offer a range of options, from local pickup at our office to door-to-door courier services.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • In-Stock: You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched for local delivery.

  • Out-of-Stock: We will provide periodic updates as your package moves from our China warehouse to our Zimbabwe distribution center.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact phone number are 100% accurate. Bond and Beat is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

6. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging our prenatal equipment. However, if your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can initiate a claim and a replacement.
